For those of you who haven’t been looking through the pages lately (the slides on the left side of the Web site), I’ve updated them recently, so check them out. I added an entire new tab dedicated to sports, as I realized I’ve shot far more sports events than captured colorful (and tasty) food!

And yes… I did just make up that word.
On Saturday, Oct. 10, the Mountaineers hosted N.C. Central at Kidd Brewer for their homecoming game. The boys worked hard and won, as is usual for games at the Rock. The first photo is of Devon Moore flying through the air, a feat that all of the players seem to possess.
The boys were at it again, this time at Legend’s Music Hall opening for Yo Mama’s Big Fat Booty Band. They really stole the stage and the energy in the crowd was undeniable. Their first full length album, the self-titled Major Magick, went on sale that night for the first time and sold over 50 copies. You can get the album here at Digstation!

Little did we know it at the time, but now with the cooling air and torrential downpour, my best friends Sara, Alie, and I went out to enjoy the parkway. This location is one of our default stops on the BRP, yet I still hold them up by stopping to take photos every 10 seconds.
Music on the Mountaintop is a festival held in Boone every year that features a variety of musicians. This year, my boyfriend and his fellow bandmates, Major Magick, performed in an early morning slot (11 a.m.!) but still rocked hard as they always do. I just revamped this entire site. I had a beautiful layout before, but it was slightly hard to navigate, which took away from the site itself. My goal for 2010 is to learn more, and therefore, take better photos! Sweet, but simple, much like the photo of this lily taken in my very own garden this summer.
